Who We Are

CyAD’s team of specialists in cybersecurity, risk management and general business consulting leverage operational, financial, and regulatory experience to help clients respond to a broad range of regulatory requirements, cyber risks and vulnerabilities, and operational challenges. An immediate focus is helping clients in the aerospace and defense industry comply with the requirements of NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC and maintain their eligibility for new contracts.  CyAD’s team has a strong local presence in Connecticut and New York, serving companies, organizations, and government throughout the US.

Cybersecurity Team

CyAD’s team includes cybersecurity engineers who hold industry leading security certifications, such as the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc.’s Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), EC-Council’s Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH) certification, Certified Security Analyst (ECSA), and others. The team has decades of experience in the fields of cybersecurity and technology with middle-market and enterprise size companies, large organizations and government.

CyAD’s business consultants have broad industry experience as operating executives and advisors to Fortune 500, middle-market and small companies. Their expertise includes interim CEO, turnaround management, risk management, regulatory compliance, supply chain optimization, business planning, strategy development, risk management, and process improvement as well as mergers and acquisitions advisory, financial advisory, and complex project management.

Leadership Team

Daniel Lessard

Dan is a business leader and senior executive with more than twenty-five years of experience in the manufacturing sector with particular expertise in operations management, turnaround management, process improvement, operational risk, business planning and strategy development, organizational development, and venture capital funded startups. His senior executive experience includes Fortune 500, middle market and start-up companies. Dan commenced his career at General Electric where he started as an engineer in the Power Systems sector and progressed to general management of GE Medical System’s Picture Archive and Communications Systems global business. Dan’s other executive experience was as CEO of Exide Australasia, President of Lumicor, Business Manager of Visteon’s Asia operations and Vice President Global Marketing of Celestica.
